Welcome to the UNBell UNBassador Program. Our UNBassadors are select trainers, coaches, athletes and fitness creators who share our passion for innovation and exploring unique new ways to train.
By participating in the UNBassador Program, you agree to the following terms:
Commission and Customer Discount
UNBassadors earn a minimum 5% commission on qualifying UNBell product purchases attributed to their unique referral link or promotional code. Customers receive a minimum 5% discount on eligible products when using an active UNBassador promotional code.
The standard UNBassador commission and customer discount are each 5%. From time to time, UNBell may offer increased commission rates, increased customer discounts or other promotional incentives, including limited-time promotions and enhanced commission rates for high-performing UNBassadors. Any increased rates or discounts may be temporary and will be communicated to participating UNBassadors when applicable.
Commission is calculated on the net product purchase price after discounts and does not include shipping charges, taxes or other non-product charges. No commission is earned on cancelled, refunded, returned, fraudulent or charged-back purchases.
Referral Tracking
Each UNBassador will receive a unique referral link and promotional code. Referral links use a 30-day attribution period following a customer's qualifying click. Promotional codes remain active while the UNBassador is an active participant in the program unless otherwise modified or discontinued by UNBell.
Where both a referral link and promotional code could apply to a transaction, tracked referral-link attribution takes precedence over promotional-code attribution, as determined by UNBell's affiliate tracking system.
Commission Payments
Eligible commissions become payable 45 days after the qualifying customer purchase, allowing time for returns, refunds and payment disputes to be resolved.
The minimum payout is $25. Earned commissions below the $25 threshold will carry forward until the minimum payout amount is reached.
Promotion Advertising and Disclosure
UNBassadors are encouraged to share their genuine experience with UNBell in their own voice. Any statements about UNBell must be truthful, based on the UNBassador's actual experience, and may not make false, misleading or unsupported claims about the product or its benefits.
UNBassadors must clearly disclose their relationship with UNBell whenever promoting UNBell or sharing an affiliate link or promotional code, consistent with applicable FTC endorsement and advertising requirements. A disclosure should make it clear that the UNBassador may earn a commission from purchases.
UNBassadors may use UNBell-provided product images, logos and approved marketing materials solely for purposes of promoting UNBell while participating in the program. UNBell trademarks and brand materials may not be altered or used in a misleading manner.
UNBassadors may not bid on, purchase or otherwise use UNBell, UNBell trademarks, brand names, product names or confusingly similar terms as keywords in paid search, sponsored advertising or other paid media campaigns without prior written approval from UNBell.
Program Participation
The UNBassador Program is invitation-only. Participation does not create an employment, partnership, agency or joint-venture relationship between the UNBassador and 44 Fitness LLC d/b/a UNBell.
Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, misleading advertising, spam, unauthorized coupon-site distribution or other attempts to improperly generate commissions are not permitted.
Either UNBell or the UNBassador may end participation in the program at any time. UNBell reserves the right to modify commission rates, discounts, attribution rules or other program terms upon notice to participating UNBassadors, provided that the standard program commission and customer discount will not be less than 5% each unless the UNBassador is notified of and agrees to revised program terms.
Commissions validly earned before termination will remain payable subject to the terms above.
