Warranty Policy

UNBell Limited Warranty

Effective Date: 9-21-2026

44 Fitness LLC, doing business as UNBell (“UNBell,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), warrants UNBell products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended personal or individual professional use, subject to the terms and exclusions described below.

1. Warranty Period

The applicable warranty period begins on the original date of purchase of the product.

UNBell provides the following Limited Warranty:

Steel components: 10 years
All other components: 3 years

The applicable warranty period does not restart, renew, or extend following resale, transfer of ownership, repair, or replacement of a component unless required by applicable law.

2. Transferable Warranty

This Limited Warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of the product for the remainder of the original applicable warranty period.

A subsequent owner may be required to provide information reasonably sufficient to establish the original purchase date. Acceptable documentation may include an original receipt, order confirmation, order number, or other documentation reasonably sufficient to verify the age of the product.

If the original purchase date cannot reasonably be established, UNBell may use available manufacturing, production, serial number, lot, or other product records to determine the applicable warranty period.

3. What This Warranty Covers

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal and intended use of the product during the applicable warranty period.

Examples of potentially covered conditions may include:

Failure or breakage of a component resulting from a manufacturing defect;
Structural failure of a component during normal and intended use;
Failure of a fastening, retention, adjustment, or locking component resulting from defective materials or workmanship; or
Other defects that materially interfere with the normal function or safe use of the product.

The existence of a condition does not automatically establish that it is covered by this Limited Warranty. UNBell may inspect photographs, videos, the affected component, or other information reasonably necessary to determine the cause of the condition.

4. Warranty Remedy

If UNBell determines that a claim is covered by this Limited Warranty, UNBell will, at its option:

Repair the affected component;
Replace the affected component with the same or a reasonably equivalent component;
Replace the product when component-level repair or replacement is not reasonably practical; or
Provide another appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law.

Because UNBell is a modular product, we will generally attempt to resolve warranty claims by repairing or replacing the affected component rather than replacing the entire product when doing so fully resolves the covered defect.

Replacement components may be new or functionally equivalent replacement components.

If an identical component is no longer available, UNBell may provide a compatible replacement component of equivalent or greater functionality.

5. Shipping for Approved Warranty Claims

For claims approved under this Limited Warranty, UNBell will cover reasonable shipping costs associated with providing the warranty remedy, including shipping replacement components to the warranty holder.

If UNBell determines that an affected component or product must be returned for evaluation, repair, or replacement, UNBell will provide return instructions and, when appropriate, a prepaid return shipping label.

Do not return a product or component without first receiving authorization and return instructions from UNBell.

6. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage, deterioration, or failure resulting from:

Normal wear and tear;
Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper storage;
Use inconsistent with UNBell instructions, warnings, or intended use;
Dropping, throwing, slamming, striking, or otherwise subjecting the product to impacts or forces beyond those reasonably expected during normal and intended use;
Using the product beyond its stated weight, load, or configuration limits;
Improper assembly, installation, adjustment, or maintenance;
Unauthorized modification or alteration to the extent that the modification or alteration causes or contributes to the claimed defect or damage;
Use of incompatible components or accessories when that use causes or contributes to the claimed defect or damage;
Exposure to excessive moisture, standing water, salt, corrosive substances, chemicals, extreme environmental conditions, or prolonged outdoor storage for which the product was not designed;
Fire, flooding, accidents, acts of nature, or other external causes unrelated to defects in materials or workmanship;
Loss or theft of the product or individual components; or
Damage occurring during transportation or shipping after the original delivery when the shipment was not arranged or authorized by UNBell.

7. Cosmetic Conditions

This Limited Warranty does not cover cosmetic conditions that do not materially affect the normal function, structural integrity, or safe use of the product.

Examples include:

Scratches;
Scuffs;
Minor dents;
Chips;
Finish wear;
Discoloration;
Surface oxidation or surface rust;
Minor coating or plating imperfections; and
Other cosmetic blemishes associated with normal use, handling, storage, or aging.

A cosmetic condition may nevertheless be covered if UNBell determines that it resulted from a defect in materials or workmanship and materially affects the normal function, structural integrity, or safe use of the product.

8. Normal Wear Items

Components that naturally wear through ordinary use are not covered merely because they show signs of wear during the warranty period.

However, premature failure resulting from a defect in materials or workmanship may still be covered.

9. Products Purchased Used or From a Third Party

Because this Limited Warranty is transferable, purchasing a used UNBell does not automatically terminate the remaining warranty.

However, the warranty continues only for the remainder of the warranty period measured from the original purchase date.

UNBell does not guarantee the condition, completeness, authenticity, maintenance history, or prior use of products purchased through third-party sellers or private transactions.

Warranty coverage applies only to genuine UNBell products and components.

10. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, contact:

Please provide, when available:

Your name and contact information;
The original order number or other proof of purchase;
The approximate original purchase date;
A description of the issue;
Photographs or video showing the affected component and condition; and
Any identifying information appearing on the product that may help us verify its age or production history.

For transferred products, documentation establishing the original purchase date may be requested.

UNBell may request additional photographs, videos, measurements, or other reasonable information necessary to evaluate the claim.

In some cases, UNBell may require the affected component to be returned before completing the warranty claim.

11. Damage During Original Shipment

Damage occurring during shipment of a new product from UNBell to the original customer is handled separately from ordinary warranty claims.

Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery and contact UNBell as soon as reasonably possible if an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.

UNBell will provide an appropriate remedy for verified shipping damage, missing components, incorrect items, or other fulfillment errors at no cost to the customer.

Whenever practical, UNBell may resolve shipping damage by replacing only the affected component rather than requiring return of the complete product.

12. Replacement Components

A replacement component provided under this Limited Warranty does not begin a new warranty period.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the replacement component remains covered for the remainder of the original warranty period applicable to the component it replaced.

13. Personal and Individual Professional Use

This Limited Warranty is intended for products used for personal, household, and individual professional training or coaching purposes.

Coverage includes use by personal trainers, strength and conditioning coaches, athletic coaches, rehabilitation professionals, and similar individual practitioners who use UNBell as part of supervised training or coaching activities.

This Limited Warranty does not apply to products placed into general-use or high-volume commercial fitness environments, including:

Commercial gyms or health clubs where equipment is available for unrestricted or repeated use by members;
Large training facilities where the product is routinely used by numerous unrelated users;
Rental operations;
Equipment-sharing or equipment-leasing programs; or
Other high-frequency, unsupervised, or institutional uses substantially beyond normal personal or individual professional use.

For example, a personal trainer using UNBell with clients as part of supervised training would generally fall within the scope of this Limited Warranty. An UNBell placed on the general equipment floor of a commercial gym for unrestricted member use would not.

UNBell may offer separate warranty terms for commercial, institutional, or high-volume applications in the future.

14. No Requirement to Use UNBell Repair Services

Nothing in this Limited Warranty requires the owner to use only UNBell repair services or replacement parts in order to maintain warranty coverage.

However, this Limited Warranty does not cover damage or failure caused or contributed to by an improperly performed repair, modification, or incompatible replacement component.

15. Limitations and Applicable Law

This Limited Warranty provides specific contractual warranty rights.

You may also have additional rights under federal, state, or other applicable law. Those rights may vary depending on where you live.

Nothing in this Limited Warranty is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any warranty, remedy, consumer protection, or other legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or limited.

To the extent applicable law provides greater warranty protection than the terms stated here, the requirements of applicable law will control.

16. Massachusetts Consumers

Massachusetts law provides consumers with certain implied warranty protections in addition to any written warranty provided by a seller.

Nothing in this Limited Warranty is intended to waive or limit any rights available to Massachusetts consumers that may not legally be waived or limited.
